Ebonie not only works with clients to deliver top talent, but also with her candidates to give market insight and feedback their positioning. Ebonie works in partnership with a range of stakeholders on a consultative basis, to help them onboard and retain the right talent for their businesses. She advises her clients on everything from the candidate identification, to the interview process and offer.
When not consulting, Ebonie enjoys as wide variety of interests. She is a poet, veg grower, am-dram theatre enthusiast and ice-cream aficionado. She loves to expand her skill sets and never stops learning.
